Why is my account suspended, and how do I contest it?

An account may be temporarily suspended if there is a suspicion that our terms (payment, safety, behavior) haven't been respected.

⚠️ Important: Opla will never ask you to "verify" your account by entering your bank details via a link — that kind of message is a scam. To understand or contest a suspension, contact only the official support from the app or the opla.co website.
