I'm not receiving Opla emails, or they're in the wrong language
First check your spam / junk folders and allow the @opla.co address.
The language of the emails follows the language of your account and your device. If your emails arrive in a different language than expected, check the language set in the app and update the app to the latest version. If you're not receiving any emails, contact support and check the email address associated with your account.
