I can't log in to the app

Make sure you're using the same email address and the same login method as when you signed up (email/password, Google or Apple). If you can log in on the website but not in the app, update the app to the latest version and use the same login.


If you get an "incorrect email or password" message, use "forgot password" to reset it. If the problem persists, contact support and include the email address of your account.
