Why is my account suspended, and how do I contest it?

An account may be temporarily suspended if there is a suspicion that our terms (payment, safety, behavior) haven't been respected.

What happens when an account is blocked? You are notified by an email that tells you the reason for the block, with a link to contact support. Your listings are no longer visible, and you can no longer log in or withdraw money. An order that has been paid for but not yet shipped is cancelled automatically, and the buyer is refunded after 5 days. What happens to your wallet balance is decided case by case, depending on how serious the breach is.

⚠️ Important: Opla will never ask you to "verify" your account by entering your bank details via a link — that kind of message is a scam. To understand or contest a suspension, contact only the official support from the app or the opla.co website.
