My parcel is lost or damaged during delivery

Shipments are covered by Opla protection. If a parcel is lost or damaged during transit (Mondial Relay/Inpost or Colissimo), the buyer is refunded and the seller is compensated up to 20 €.


Report the issue to support from the app, attaching photos and the tracking number if possible.
