Am I protected as a buyer?
Yes. That's what the Opla protection fee paid at checkout is for. If the seller doesn't ship your order, or if the item doesn't match the description, you can open a dispute within 48h of receiving the parcel, directly from the app. While the dispute is ongoing, the payment stays secured by Opla and is not released to the seller; if the dispute is justified, you are refunded to your wallet.
The protection also covers lost or damaged parcels during transit.
