How do I open a dispute and get refunded?
If your order doesn't arrive or doesn't match the description, you can open a dispute.
For a purchase between private individuals, you have 48h after receiving the parcel to reject the order and report a dispute from the app; Opla support then steps in. For a purchase from a professional seller, you have a 15-day right of withdrawal.
While the dispute is ongoing, the payment is not released to the seller. If the dispute is justified, you are refunded to your wallet.
