Cancelling an order or a sale

As a buyer, you can cancel your order as long as the seller hasn't shipped it. Once the parcel has been shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled.

If the seller doesn't ship within 5 days, the sale is automatically cancelled and you are fully refunded.
