What happens to my unsold consignment items?

The 6-month rule no longer applies. Consignment has stopped, so your unsold items are yours as of today, with no deadline to wait for.

In practice: if you sent your clothes in over the summer, the old rule made you wait until January 2027. That is no longer the case. The best thing is to make your choice now.

Two options:

  • leave them with us — this is free, they go to one of our three partner charities;
  • have them sent back — a single parcel for everything, to the pickup point of your choice, from €4.20 depending on the weight (France, pickup point; a little more from other countries). The price is shown before you confirm.

You choose item by item, in the app or on the website: "Consignment" → the "Get my clothes back" box.

What about my own listings?

They do not expire. Listings you publish yourself stay visible until they sell or you take them down. Consignment and selling yourself are two different things, and only the first one is ending.
