What happens to my items if Opla rejects them at sorting?

⚠️ Consignment has ended: we no longer accept new consignment parcels, so there is no more sorting.

If we still hold clothes of yours — rejected at sorting or simply unsold — they are all handled the same way now: you choose, item by item, what you get back and what you donate, with no deadline. Donating is free; return costs the price our carrier charges us for the weight of the parcel, from €4.20.

ℹ️ The €10 return fee for items rejected at sorting no longer exists.
