Consignment has stopped

Consignment has stopped. We have not accepted any shipments since July 2026, and the service will not restart.

If we still have clothes of yours, you choose, item by item:

• leave them with us — it's free, they go to one of our partner charities;
• have them sent back — one parcel for everything, to the pickup point of your choice, from €4.20 depending on weight (France rate; a little more from other countries). The price is shown before you confirm.

Where to choose:

• App: your account → "My consignments" → the "Get my clothes back" box, at the top of the page.
• Website: opla.co/en/send, same box.

Clothes that sold within 6 months of reaching us were paid to you as usual.
