Why was my item rejected by moderation?
A listing can be hidden or rejected by moderation for one of these reasons:
- Brand not accepted: Shein and Temu, as well as luxury brands (Chanel, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Rolex…), not accepted at the moment for fraud-prevention reasons.
- Prohibited item: illegal, dangerous or unauthorised product (for example CBD).
- Suspected counterfeit: an item that appears to be a copy or a fake.
- No category or too big: the item doesn't match any category or doesn't fit in a locker.
- Non-compliant photos or title/description: poor-quality or misleading visuals, or images that don't show the actual item.
Our algorithm flags these issues automatically. To give yourself the best chance: sharp photos of the actual item, a clear title, and the brand and size indicated.
Moderation can sometimes get it wrong. If you believe it's a mistake, appeal directly from your listing: open it under "My items", the rejection reason is shown, then tap "Contest the decision" and tell us why. Our team reviews your request within 72 h. Everything happens from the listing — no need to go through the help chat.
