Why was my item rejected by moderation?

Our algorithm may detect an issue in your photos (quality, content) or your title/description, or spot an item that is out of category. Every rejection is then reviewed manually by our team.

To give yourself the best chance: sharp photos of the actual item, a clear title, and the brand and size indicated. If you think this is a mistake, you can appeal from the app and we'll review your listing again.
