Which items are banned from sale?

Banned items include those that are illegal, counterfeit, dangerous or non-compliant with the laws of the countries where Opla operates, as well as items that match no category or cannot fit in a locker.

The brands SHEIN and TEMU are banned in all cases, both in direct sale and in consignment.

For fraud-prevention reasons, luxury brands (Chanel, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Rolex, Hermès…) are not accepted at the moment, in both direct sale and consignment.

In consignment, only clothing is accepted; shoes, bags, accessories and underwear are not eligible.
