Is there a “holiday” mode?

Yes. From Profile → My account → Vacation mode, you can pause your sales. Your listings then drop out of search and suggestions: they stay visible only on your shop and through a direct link, and buyers can neither buy nor make an offer, and an “On vacation” badge shows on your shop. If you set a return date, your shop reactivates automatically on that date (orders already paid carry on as normal).
