What are the shipping fees?

Delivery fees vary depending on the number of items in your basket and the delivery method chosen (pick-up point or home delivery). They also depend on the seller's and the buyer's countries and, for a shipment within France, on the type of point: an automated locker costs a little less than a shop. The price of each point is shown when you pick it.

The seller doesn't set the shipping fees: they are calculated by Opla (number of items, delivery method, weight estimated from the category) and paid by the buyer, on top of the item price, when placing the order.

When you list an item, you don't choose a parcel size: Opla estimates the weight from the item's category (an average weight is applied per category). This is often in your favour.

💡 On items sold by the Opla shop, pick-up point delivery is free for orders of €70 or more (home delivery is still charged).
