Once my item is sold, how do I get the shipping label?

As soon as a buyer purchases your item, a shipping label is generated automatically. You'll find it in the app, by email, or in the buyer conversation: download it, print it, and stick it on your parcel. Printing the label is mandatory — you can't drop off a parcel with just a QR code.

Then drop the parcel within 5 days of the purchase at a pickup point of your country's carrier: Mondial Relay in France, InPost in Spain and Portugal.

You don't pay for the label — shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
