Professional account: managing my subscription, my SIRET and cancelling

Subscribe: create a standard account, then become a pro. The subscription is €4.90/month (standard) or €11.90/month (premium), with a 7-day free trial. Your professional details (including your SIRET) are entered when you sign up.

Is there a minimum commitment? No. The subscription has no commitment period: you can cancel whenever you want, including during the 7-day trial, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. (Subscriptions taken out through our Shopify connector follow separate terms, set out when you sign.)

Update my details (SIRET, etc.): contact us from the app or right here in the help chat.

Manage or cancel my subscription: go to your pro space, on the website, at opla.co/account/pro, and use the “Manage or cancel my subscription” button. (The pro space is currently available only on the website, not in the app.)
