Are my personal details visible to others?

Your personal details — phone number and email — are never visible to other users. In the app, other members only see your username, your profile picture and your items.

One exception: when you sell an item, your name and address appear on the shipping label as the sender — the carrier (Mondial Relay / InPost) requires it to route and, if needed, return the parcel. The buyer who receives the parcel can therefore see them. Beyond that, your details are only used by the carrier.
