Can I transfer the money from my wallet to a bank account?

Yes. From your wallet, you can request a transfer to your bank account by entering your IBAN and your BIC (also known as the SWIFT code). Be careful not to make a mistake. The payout is made by SEPA transfer and can take up to 4 business days (weekends and public holidays excluded).

Good to know:

  • Only the money from your sales can be transferred; purchase vouchers (referral bonuses, etc.) can be spent on Opla but cannot be withdrawn by transfer.
  • After a change to your bank details, transfers are blocked for 72 hours as a security measure.
  • If the withdrawal button is disabled on your account, contact support from the app.

Transfer not received? First allow the 4 business days. If the transfer shows as failed, it usually means there is an error in your IBAN or BIC: contact support — your money is not lost and is credited back to your wallet. If you still have no news after 5 business days, contact support with the date of your request.

Please note: the wallet is not a bank account and cannot be used as one.

⚠️ Special case — old points (before 2026)

If you had an account on the Opla website before 2026, your old points cannot be withdrawn by bank transfer: they can only be redeemed as purchase vouchers, from the website, on this page: https://www.opla.co/account/wallet?tab=points

The money from your sales, however, can still be withdrawn by transfer as described above.
