Can I transfer the money from my wallet to a bank account?

Yes. From your wallet, you can request a transfer to your bank account by entering your IBAN (be careful not to make a mistake). The payout is made by SEPA transfer.

An identity verification (KYC) may be required to use the wallet and withdraw your money, in accordance with regulations. Please note: the wallet is not a bank account and cannot be used as one.
