Can I search for members or sellers?

Yes, directly from the search bar.

Following a seller: go to their profile and tap "Follow". You'll then find every account you follow on the home page, in the "Following" tab, and you'll be notified of their new items. Your followers and the accounts you follow are also listed in your profile.
