Are my personal details visible to others?

Your personal details — phone number and email — are never visible to other users. In the app, other members only see your username, your profile picture and your items.

On the shipping label, only your postcode and your town appear as the sender: neither your name nor your street. The carrier (Mondial Relay / InPost) uses them to send the parcel back to you if it isn't collected. The same applies when you send an item back to a seller. Beyond that, your details are only used by the carrier.
