# Waarom is mijn account opgeschort, en hoe kan ik bezwaar maken?

Een account kan **tijdelijk worden opgeschort** bij een vermoeden van niet-naleving van onze voorwaarden (betaling, veiligheid, gedrag).

⚠️ **Belangrijk**: Opla zal u **nooit** vragen om uw account te « verifiëren » door uw bankgegevens via een link in te vullen — dit soort bericht is **oplichting**. Om een opschorting te begrijpen of te betwisten, neemt u **uitsluitend contact op met de officiële support** vanuit de app of de site opla.co.
