# Ik ontvang de e-mails van Opla niet, of ze zijn in de verkeerde taal

Controleer eerst uw mappen **spam / ongewenst** en sta het adres **@opla.co** toe.

De **taal van de e-mails** volgt de taal van uw account en uw apparaat. Als uw e-mails in een andere taal aankomen dan verwacht, controleer dan de in de app ingestelde taal en **werk de app bij** naar de laatste versie. Als u helemaal geen e-mails ontvangt, neem dan contact op met de support en controleer het e-mailadres dat aan uw account is gekoppeld.
