# Obligaciones fiscales (DAC7)

Conforme a la normativa europea **DAC7**, las plataformas deben declarar a las autoridades fiscales los vendedores que superan ciertos umbrales en el año: **más de 30 ventas** O **más de 2 000 € en ventas**. Opla puede solicitarte información con este fin.
