# Which items are banned from sale?

Banned items include those that are **illegal, counterfeit, dangerous** or non-compliant with the laws of the countries where Opla operates, as well as items that match **no category** or cannot **fit in a locker**.

The brands **SHEIN and TEMU are banned in all cases**, both in **direct sale** and in **consignment**.

For fraud-prevention reasons, **luxury brands** (Chanel, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Rolex, Hermès…) are **not accepted at the moment**, in both direct sale and consignment.

In **consignment**, only **clothing** is accepted; shoes, bags, accessories and underwear are not eligible.
