# Which categories are accepted for consignment?

⚠️ **Consignment has ended**: we stopped accepting new shipments in July 2026. If we still hold clothes of yours, you can leave them with us (free) or have them sent back (from €4.20, depending on the weight), **in the app and on the website**: "Consignment" → "Get my clothes back".

For the record, while the service ran: we accepted only women's, men's and children's clothing (all brands except Shein and Temu), clean, in very good condition, with the brand and size visible. Refused: shoes, bags and accessories (belts, jewellery, etc.), underwear and bras, incomplete pyjama sets, and anything stained, torn, faded or worn.

⚠️ Shein and Temu remain banned across **the whole** platform, including your own listings — that was never a consignment-only rule.
