# When will I receive the money once my item is sold?

The payment is held securely by Opla throughout shipping. As soon as the buyer confirms receipt — or automatically **48 hours after delivery** if they take no action (**15 days** if you are a professional seller, matching the return window) — the money is credited to your Opla wallet. You can then withdraw it to your IBAN or reuse it for purchases.

**What does "Pending amount" mean?** It is the total of your sales already paid for by the buyer but not yet confirmed: an order awaiting shipment, a parcel in transit, or a delivery awaiting confirmation. This money is not lost: it is held securely by Opla and moves to your available balance as soon as receipt is confirmed.

Please note: if a dispute is opened on an order, the corresponding credit is put on hold until the dispute is settled.
