# What is a Super seller?

**Super seller** is a badge Opla gives to sellers who kept their promises over the last 3 months. It shows on their listings and their shop, and buyers can filter results to see only their items.

**The criteria, over the last 3 months**

- at least **3 successful sales**;
- at least **95% of orders shipped within 5 days** of payment;
- **no dispute lost**;
- a **verified identity**.

An order cancelled by the buyer does not count against you. An order you cancel, or one cancelled because it was not shipped in time, counts as a late shipment.

**When is the badge given?**

Opla reviews badges on the **1st of every month**. If identity verification was the only thing missing, you get the badge as soon as it is approved: your Profile in the app tells you when it is the last step.

**What if I no longer meet the criteria?**

You keep the badge for **one more month**. If you are still below the criteria at the next review, it is removed. You get it back as soon as you meet them again, at the following monthly review.

**Do I need it to sell?**

No. You can sell without it: it is a badge that reassures buyers.
