# What happens to my items if Opla rejects them at sorting?

⚠️ **Consignment has ended**: we no longer accept new consignment parcels, so there is no more sorting.

If we still hold clothes of yours — rejected at sorting or simply unsold — they are **all handled the same way** now: you choose, item by item, what you **get back** and what you **donate**, with no deadline. Donating is **free**; return costs the price our carrier charges us for the weight of the parcel, **from €4.20**.

ℹ️ The **€10** return fee for items rejected at sorting no longer exists.
