# Tax obligations (DAC7)

In accordance with the European **DAC7** regulation, platforms must report to the tax authorities any sellers who exceed certain thresholds over the year: **more than 30 sales** OR **more than 2 000 € in sales**. Opla may ask you for information for this purpose.

This does not automatically mean you will be taxed: find out about your obligations based on your personal situation.
