# Once my item is sold, how do I get the shipping label?

As soon as a buyer purchases your item, a shipping label is generated automatically. You'll find it in the app, by email, or in the conversation with the buyer.

From the **"Print the label" button in the conversation**, you choose how to send:

- **I don't have a printer** — the app shows a **QR code** to be scanned at the drop-off point. Available for pickup-point and locker drop-offs (**Mondial Relay** in France, **InPost** in Spain and Portugal). At an **automatic locker** it always works: you scan, the locker opens. At a **shop counter**, the shopkeeper prints the label for you — but not all of them are equipped to read the code yet.
- **I have a printer** — you download the label, print it and stick it on the parcel. This option stays available for every shipment.

If the app doesn't show a code for your shipment, just download the label: nothing is blocked, that's the usual way to send.

The QR code is **valid until the drop-off deadline** shown on screen. Both options carry the **same tracking number**: switching from one to the other never creates a second parcel. If the scan doesn't work at the counter, go back and download the label.

💡 **At a locker**: write the parcel number on the box in pencil before closing the door — that's what makes it findable if anything goes wrong.

Then drop the parcel within **5 days** of the purchase at a pickup point of your country's carrier: **Mondial Relay in France**, **InPost in Spain and Portugal**.

You don't pay for the label — shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

📱 Sending without a printer requires an up-to-date Opla app (**version 2.4.0** or later).
