# My parcel is lost or damaged during delivery

Shipments are covered by **Opla protection**. If a parcel is lost or damaged during transit (Mondial Relay / InPost), the **buyer is refunded** and the **seller is compensated up to €20 per parcel** — that is a cap per parcel, whatever its weight.

Report the issue to support from the app, attaching photos and the tracking number if possible.
