# I have no views and no sales: what can I do?

It is the most frequent question, and there is no magic answer. Here is what actually matters, in the order worth spending time on.

## 1. First check your listings are really online

Open "My items". A listing rejected by moderation is visible to nobody, and the reason is shown on the listing itself. If you disagree, the **"Appeal"** button opens a human review.

Also check you are signed in to the right account: if you sign in sometimes with Google, sometimes with Apple, sometimes with a password, you may have created two accounts without knowing and be looking at an empty wardrobe.

## 2. Price is the first lever

It is what decides most often. Compare with similar items already sold on Opla, not with the new-item retail price.

You can apply a discount to one item or to **your whole shop** at once.

## 3. Photos and title

The first photo is what buyers see in the feed. Daylight, plain background, the whole item in frame. A title naming the item, the brand and the size is findable in search; a vague title is not.

## 4. Post regularly rather than all at once

Recent listings surface better. Five items a week beats 100 in one go and then nothing.

## 5. Bring your own audience

Share your profile or your listings on your own networks: it is the most direct lever, and the one you control. The share button is on your profile and on every listing.

## 6. Visibility tools

**Boost** and **shop promo** exist in the app. They increase your visibility; they do not guarantee a sale, and we would rather tell you that before you pay.

## What we will not promise you

Opla is a young platform: our audience is growing, but it is not that of the sector's giants, and a wardrobe with no views for several weeks is not abnormal today. We cannot guarantee you a number of views or a sale. The above is what genuinely helps, and nothing more.
