# I don't have a printer — how do I send my parcel?

Yes, you can send your parcel **without printing anything**. The app gives you a **QR code** to be scanned at the drop-off point.

## How to do it

1. Open the conversation with the buyer and tap **"Print the label"**.
2. Choose **"I don't have a printer"**.
3. Pack your parcel (box or mailer, no label stuck on it).
4. At the drop-off point, show the **QR code** displayed on your phone.

## Where it works

- **At an automatic locker**: it always works. You scan the code on the locker screen and the door opens.
- **At a shop counter**: the shopkeeper scans your code and prints the label for you — but **not all of them are equipped yet** to read the code. If it doesn't work, go back in the app and download the label: there's no risk, the shipment stays the same.

Available for pickup-point and locker drop-offs (**Mondial Relay** in France, **InPost** in Spain and Portugal).

## Good to know

- The code is **valid until the drop-off deadline** shown on screen (5 days after the purchase).
- The QR code and the PDF label carry the **same tracking number**: switching from one to the other never creates a second parcel.
- **At a locker, write the parcel number on the box in pencil** before closing the door. That's what makes it findable if anything goes wrong.
- If the app shows "this code is no longer valid", the parcel has already been collected or the shipment has changed.

📱 Requires an up-to-date Opla app (**version 2.4.0** or later).
