# How do reviews work?

Once the order is confirmed, the buyer and the seller can rate each other, from **1 to 5 stars**, with an optional comment.

If there's no review **3 days after delivery**, an "automatically generated" 5-star review is added; you can replace it with your own review. With a professional seller, the order is only confirmed after **15 days**, so the automatic review comes around 15 days after delivery.

**No automatic review on an order that went to a dispute** (unless the buyer withdrew the dispute). Either side can still leave a review themselves.

The average rating and the number of reviews are shown under the name, on the profile; tap them to read the reviews. Yours (received and given) are in **Profile → My account → My reviews**.
