# How do I list an item for sale?

ℹ️ To sell on Opla, you must be 18 or older.

Tap "Sell". You'll create your listing with photos and a description. The richer your listing (quality photos, colour, brand, etc.), the better your chances of selling. It goes online as soon as moderation approves it.

ℹ️ **To sell an item priced over €300, you need a verified profile.** Identity verification takes a few minutes in the app or on the website — see "Identity verification (KYC)". Below €300, you can sell without verifying.
