# Can I return an item?

Yes. From a **professional** seller, you have **15 days** after delivery to request a return. This right of return is a **legal obligation**: a pro seller cannot disable or refuse it. If the seller is a **private** user, you'll need to open a dispute and Opla support will step in.

If the item you received doesn't match the listing, open a dispute: Opla support reviews each case individually and will tell you how to proceed with the return and refund.
